Mr. JayantPawar is the founder of RP’s Vision Services Pvt. Ltd. It was his long standing dream to start a firm of this kind. He was able to convert his dream into reality after his retirement as a supervisor in Central Railway of India.  This idea struck him while he was actively and sincerely participating in the activities of several NGO’s and found that several trustees were oblivious of the proper procedures related to the documentation and other formalities that need to be satisfied before and after forming of a charitable trust. 

The main moto of RP’s vision services Pvt. Ltd. is“YOUR TRUST, OUR CONCERN” i.e. to assist and guide the charitable trust in fulfilling the mandatory requirements which need to be satisfied before filing the necessary documents in the office of Charity Commissioner. This was even more possible due to unconditional and dedicated support of his wife Mrs. KalpanaPawar who is very much a part and parcel of RP’s vision services Pvt. Ltd. today Because of the combined vision of this dedicated couple RP’s vision services Pvt. Ltd. has succeeded in garnering trust and faith of their valuable clients who are never left unsatisfied. RP’s vision services Pvt. Ltd. has grown rapidly on the strength of its expert team of over 10 employees who have contributed significantly to accomplish the aims and objectives of this firm. On 26 April 2020, during unprecedented COVID-19 Lockdown, RP’s vision services Pvt. Ltd had launched a YouTube channel with an aim to disseminate information on large scale and to direct and assist Public Charitable trusts.

The firm endeavors to understand the clients and their business needs before chalking out an audit programme. Mr. Ajay Gorad (Administrator)

Ajay is an art graduate from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. He is associated with RP’s vision since the inception of this firm and is an inalienable part of this family. His vast administration skills added with his brilliant communication skills is a feather in his cap.  His dedication and sincerity in tackling the problems of our valuable client is praiseworthy and unmatchable. He is adept at giving a one stop service to all our clients.

Assistant Administrative Ms. Ishika Das

Ishikais a commerce graduate from MES Garware College of Commerce, Pune and presently she is studying law. Her contribution towards this firm leads to efficient management and her dedication towards her work is always appreciable. Her soft communication skills and quick resolving techniques are the pillars which hold the perfect relationship between the clients and firm. Her education in the specific stream helps the firm to provide audit support to the client. She responsibly presents herself in every event which is specifically organized for client communication and resolving the queries.

Mrs. Manasi Gujar (Accountant)

Manasi is a commerce graduate fromMumbai University and her strength is sound legal up to date knowledge of accounting and auditing of Public trusts. Her expertise lies in her tally techniques and tax management. She plays an important role in this firm, being an accountant, by providing accounting and auditing help to Charitable Trusts, NGO’s, Charitable Societies by which the clients can get easy access to prepare all the necessary documents required to be filed in the office of charity commissioner such as  the income and expenditure, Receipt and payment, Balance sheet and file the audit reports accordingly within due time. 

She also renders guidance and assistance to experts like Charted Accountants and Company secretary in relation to the procedure of online and offline submission of audit report in the office of Charity Commissioner.  She swiftly and decisively resolves all the difficulties of clients relating to audit and accounting of charitable trust.

Mrs. Smita Makude (Receptionist)

Smita has completed her graduation from H. V. Desai College of Commerce, Pune in the stream of B.Com. She responsibly performs her role in the administration since the commencement of this firm. She sincerely handles the client with her soft communication as she has sizeable experience as receptionist and strongly proficient in communication and satisfaction of client’s queries.

Mr. Samrat Patil (Office Executive)

Samrat is responsible for performing basic administrative duties such as printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies. Assisting and coordinating with the office team with inventory control. He makes sure that our office runs smoothly. Samrat has focused on the tasks that are more client-focused and perform many duties and responsibilities in his quest to maintain office efficiency. His work encompasses registration of charitable societies, charitable trust and NGO’s and tackles all the difficulties which arise on account of the same.
